During the morning of August 3, incorrect emails were sent to several of our users. Unfortunately, these people have also received the same email several times.
We are now troubleshooting this temporary error in the system.
The emails that went out contained a daily compilation of activities in all LoopMe groups that have been active during the past 24 hours, with a summary of the number of loops and reports, comments, and OK-marked reports within each group. (Normally, you should only receive an email with information about missed activities in the groups you are a member of).
The email contained information about group names and a link to each group. The email did not contain any information about what was written in the reports or comments sent. They also did not contain any information about which tasks are within each group.
We can assure you that no user ever has the opportunity to log in and reach groups of which you are not a member.
