I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?
Answer: Click the Forgot password link in the box where you log in, a new password will be sent to your email address. We recommend that you immediately change to a new password on your profile page.
Do you need different login for different groups?
Answer: No, you always log in with your personal LoopMe account. With this account you can join many different groups and they can have different role sets and theme. In one group you may have the role of student / employee and in another group you may have the role of leader.
How do I rename my personal account?
Answer: Go to the Profile page (icon-top right), select Settings, Select Rename.
How do I change my email address for my LoopMe account?
Answer: Contact us at the support and we will help you.
All my groups are gone, what should I do?
Answer: You have probably logged in with your Google Account without first linking your existing LoopMe account with Google. You have then simply created a new personal LoopMe account by clicking on Google Login.
Log out and log in as before with your personal LoopMe account (click on the blue login button.)
Contact support if you want us to link your personal LoopMe account with your Google Account (if you happen to create a new account through Google).
How do I link my personal LoopMe account with my Google Account?
Answer: Go to the Profile page (icon-top right), select Settings, select Google. Enable Link Google Account. Follow the instructions.
How do I change language on the LoopMe Web?
Answer: Go to the profile page (icon-top right), select Settings, Select Change under the heading Language customization.
