Each LoopMe group has a page in LoopMe with different tabs. Read here what you find under each tab and how you manage your group(s).

- Click the Group Menu and all groups that you are a member of will be displayed
- Click on the group name to access the respective group's Home tab
Here is what you find on the Group page
If you click this link, you will get to a Setting page where you can:
- Change adminstrator for the group. Select another member of the group that you want to give the administrator rights for the group. Choose a name in the drop down list and click UPDATE
- Enter a group description. Here you can for example describe the purpose of the group or just welcome your memebers to the group. Your text will be visible for all group members on top of the group page (only in the web verion). Just enter your text and click UPDATE
- Change role names in the group. Just enter the new names of the roles and click UPDATE
As a teacher you can send information to your group. The informaiton will be visible for all members in the feed. Is not possible for the students in the group to comment on you information directly. If a student want to comment on information, he/she can send a free loop to the teachers. Read more about how to send information.
As a teacher you can send surveys to your group. The survey will be visible for all members in the feed and only students can answer it. You will get the result from the survey updated in real-time in your feed. Read more about how to send surveys.
With LoopMe you can design and control your students' learning journey and experiences by assigning a number of mandatory tasks you want them to carry out. This clarifies goals and prompts taking action and reflecting upon each action. The tasks can be about things to do that trigger learning in school or outside, at times when you meet them or at times in between.

If you want to you can select one or more targets and/or tags to include in the group. LoopMe offer a number of packages to choose from. We recommend that you select at least one target (or create one manually later on) which the users can report on. Note that a group works fine without targets and tags, but members can only send free loops.
- Click the button Task package
- Click on a package of tasks that interest you
- Select one or all tasks within the package
- Click on a package of tags that interest you
- Select one or more tags within the package
- Click Add and the selected tasks and tags will be included in your group.
- Click the button Create Tag
- Enter a name of the tag (try to keep it short)
- Click Create

If you click on the button Inactivate, the group will be hidden for all members. That also means that all data, such as loops, reports, and tasks will be hidden from you and all the members of the group. The data will be saved in our database and the group is accessible and can be reactivated through your organisation's page. You may have to refresh your feed to see your changes.
If you click on the blue arrow to the right of the shortcut you will be directed to an overview of all tasks and tags for the group.
I: Go to the organisation page
If you click on the blue arrow to the right of the shortcut you will be directed to the organisation page were you can see all members of the organisation, all groups, all members that has the right to create new groups, billing information etc.
If you click on the link Invite members, you will be directed to a page where you can choose how to invite members to your group. In LoopMe there are three methods to invite members to your group: Internal invite, Email invite or Open invite. Read more about the different methods here.
K: See all loops from a member of the group
If you click on the blue arrow to the right of the shortcut you will be directed to an overview of all loops from the selected member.
L: Remove a member of the group
In the Member list you can see all the members in the group. You can also see the different roles within the group and their contact information.
If you want to remove a member from your group, just click the remove button under the member in the member list.
