In LoopMe there are three methods to invite members to your group: Internal invite, Email invite or Open invite.
By creating an open invite you generate an specific code for each role within a group. If someone use this code the person will enter your group and automatically get the specific role. The code is not personal and can be used countless times.
An example: In a group with two roles (teacher/student) you can generate two different codes; one for teachers and one for students. You give the code to those that you want to invite to your group (orally, writtten in a guide an e-mail or on the witheboard).

This option is only possible to use if the persons you want to invite to your group already are members within another group that is connected to the same organisational account as the new group. All groups in LoopMe are connected to an organisational account and teachers/leaders, that has got the right to create groups, can invite users within the same organisation to their groups.
An example: The "Demo organisation" has several groups connected to the same organisation account. If a teacher create a new group connected to the "Demo organisation" organisation account, he/she can select users from all the other groups and invite them to the new group.
The invited users will get a notification in the Feed asking them to accept the invitation to the new group.
